More mobility and less discomfort. I will continue to take and if progresses accordingly over the full month I will make a part of my daily routine.

I switched to try it because it was the only one with collagen in it and I heard a lot of good things about products containing collagen so I wanted to try it to see if I liked it. I was happy I did because you only have to take 1 pill a day and the pill is a lot smaller than the others. I am happy with the results I have had since switching.

The pills are tiny and easy to swallow. As far as the product I'm not sure if I've used it enough to see a big difference. I also don't think it would hurt to continue using to prevent stiffness and movement.
