Unlike other products like this, which are generally 2 pills a day, this product is one small pill. I would like to have tried it a little longer to get a better idea but for the day I took it I did feel better than usual as far as pain is concerned. I would like to buy it to test this further. It would be better as a week long sample.

I started taking it when I noticed both of my knees would make popping noises when I would go down steps. I did some research and started taking these along with more regularly taking my calcium supplement. I took 2 a day for a week or 2 and within a few weeks my knees stopped popping. I did lapse in taking them for several weeks and noticed the popping started to come back. So happy with this supplement PLUS the small size is Awesome!! I have to admit, though, the reason I first tried it 2 or so months ago, its tiny and you only need to take one. Ha!
