The pills are so easy to swallow because they are so tiny. I do a lot of walking and hiking and i have noticed a difference . They are clinically proven to support joint comfort. I like taking just one of these instead of 2 large glucosamine + chondroitin tablets. I also like the support for healthy bones!

I've taken many supplements that required 3-4 huge pills a day and that's just too much. I had no stomach upset or any other adverse side effects after taking them. It's actually a pretty great product, in taking this I was able to move a bit easier bending and squatting and lifting all day long was a bit less painful. I'm sure with time the movements will become easier as I continue to take Move Free Ultra Triple Action, of that I intend to. Moving with little or no discomfort has been amazing!
