I only noticed a very slight difference for me in joint mobility. Definitely not a miracle pill. The ingredients are superior than other similar products available. So if I decide to purchase a supplement like this in the future. I would use this brand.

I love that the pill is very small and so easy to swallow. It contains Type II Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid, and Boron. This is to promote joint, cartilage and bone health. This is something that you can't really say if it works until you've been taking it for awhile but it looks promising.

With a bigger quality of sample it may have been easier to give a overall experience with the product. I didn't see a whole lot of difference from my current regiment. Being a very active person in a very active household it is important to get those important nutrition.

I am fairly active, I walk alot and do alot of stairs. I"m in my 30s and I"m starting to feel knee pain already! Soon, I'm going to incorporate yoga into my weekly exercise practice for even more benefits to my bones and joints!

I like this product as the pill is small and easy to swallow compared to the regular Move Free glucosamine I had taken before. I always have a hard time swallowing large pills and have been avoiding taking the regular pills as much as possible. Now that this product comes in smaller sizes, I can take it fearlessly. Also, now I just need to take ONE pill instead of two and serves the same purpose!
