Several years ago, both my husband and I began to take Move Free. WOW! What a difference in such a short time. I couldn't use my stepper at all and after about a week I was able to get on and begin to use. My husband has difficulty swallowing pills. So happy that I found this. This is so easy for him to take. Neither one of us goes a day without our Move Free!

I used this 2 mo ago and I saw no real difference from regular Move Free. I like that you only have to take one little pill. I took it in the AM. I stopped taking it to use up my older Move Free. I already purchased 3 bottles for soon to be future use.

I didn't receive enough to know if it has truly made a difference, but it seems to work. I don't know if it's just a placebo effect or what but the next day after taking Move Free, my joints felt a little better than normal. I won't say it's healed all my problems, but it did make a slight difference to me. I'll definitely be getting a bottle to see just how great it can make me feel.

I love the concept of this vitamin/supplement, but I did not have enough of it to make a concise decision if this helps or not, but I have used supplements like this one in the past and I am in no hurry to purchase this either.

It is great to have the benefits of move free without having to deal with the size and amount of tablets that need to be taken. It helps with aching joints especially my knees and to have all that in a small tablet that only has to be taken once a day is such a convinience, no more large pill carring case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only been taking them for a bout 3 weeks. I do like that the you only need to take 1 tiny pill compared to the 2 large pills I was taking. I didn't have any side effects or issues with taking them. I no longer have throbbing aches in my joints especially my knees & shoulder.

I have been using this for approximately 3 months with Move Free Glucosamine Chrondroitin Plus MSM. I had knee surgery and the Glucosamine Chrondroitin was prescribed by my orthopedic doctor since I had no cartilage in my knee. I added the Ultra since it has the collagen. I have been reading that it can be helpful. It is hard for me to tell if it has helped since my knee is SO much better after my surgery. But to me it is worth continuing at this point.
