My wife and I have been using "Move Free" for over 10 years. She has knee issues and I am a marathon runner. She noticed that she is able to walk 3-4 miles a day and I keep running, walking and hiking, both with no joint issues. I would suggest you use the triple strength as the pill size is easy to take.

I took the capsule and think I might like to continue them to see if they could help my knees. They get very stiff and sore after sitting for a length of time. I can honestly say I felt better when taking these. In addition to my regular vitamins and supplements, I feel like it was just the thing needed in my regimen. Now I am afraid to stop taking them because at my old age I need all the help I can get. Give them a try. Furthermore, I received a free product from PINCHme and it was fantastic.

I didn't have any side effects or issues with taking them. I no longer have throbbing aches in my joints especially my knees & shoulder.
