Remember as a kid being able to hop out of bed and greet the day? Move Free pretty much helped me regain those days. No, I'm not as limber as a 10-year old, but I do feel rejuvinated. I don't have to crawl slowly out of bed, testing each joint and muscle. I had been taking the regular Move Free for many years, which helped my knee joint discomfort. I tried the Ultra for 3 months and the pain returned so it does not work for me. I switched back to the regular Move Free and that was an improvement. I'm sure everyone is different so you should at least try it and it may be the right thing for you.
