I have been using Move Free for over a year now and have not looked back! My legs and feet used to be stiff after sitting for long periods at a desk. Move Free COMPLETELY relieved all stiffness! I am retired now and rely on the product to complete 16 plus mile bike rides without any stiffness or discomfort.

I tried this product and what a relief I got.I was up and moving around!!! Great product and I will definetly be buying it....

I was expecting the pills to be fairly large since the recommended dosag is 1 caplet, but the caplets are actually smaller that a tylenol! I did not think something so small & available OTC, could make much of a difference...but it has helped me feel less discomfort in my knees.

I had tried other supplements but never saw much improvement because the pills were so large I couldn't take as many as recommended (sometimes as many as 3 a day!). I like that not only is Move Free Ultra a smaller, more manageable size but I only need to take one a day. I don't know yet if I've seen any improvement, but since I just ran out & can't get anymore till payday next week, that will be the real test.

I started taking it when I noticed both of my knees would make popping noises when I would go down steps. I did some research and started taking these along with more regularly taking my calcium supplement. I took 2 a day for a week or 2 and within a few weeks my knees stopped popping. I did lapse in taking them for several weeks and noticed the popping started to come back. So happy with this supplement PLUS the small size is Awesome!! I did receive a free sample of this from PINCHme.

With a bigger quality of sample it may have been easier to give a overall experience with the product. I didn't see a whole lot of difference from my current regiment. Being a very active person in a very active household it is important to get those important nutrition.
