I was a little cautious because I have not had a lot of luck with ths type of product. But boy was I surprised. I took it on a day when I was a vendor at a holiday craft fair. So lots of loading, setting up, packing up and on your feet most of the day. I felt the med definitely helped me get through a tough day.

I took the capsule and think I might like to continue them to see if they could help my knees. They get very stiff and sore after sitting for a length of time. The one capsule sample is a start, but will need to continue longer to be able to gauge any improvement.

My wife and I have been using "Move Free" for over 10 years. She has knee issues and I am a marathon runner. She noticed that she is able to walk 3-4 miles a day and I keep running, walking and hiking, both with no joint issues. I would suggest you use the triple strength as the pill size is easy to take.

In the past, I've had to take similar joint pills that were rather large and take them twice a day. These pills are tiny in comparison and I only need to take 1 a day. I recieved this free product sample from Pinchme and it showed me that I don't have to try and swallow those old school large pills anymore. I like that it's easy to take and only 1 time a day.
