The triple strength pill has the advantage of being small and taking it once a day. I find that this is the only brand that WORKS for me. I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 because I actually think that the Move Free Ultra Omega works a little better but I prefer the small pill.

I started using Move Free years ago. The results were above what I expected from this product. When Move Free Ultra became available, I tried it. I like the Ultra much better than the regular Move Free, mainly for the size and ease in swallowing, just one small pill versus two larger pills. It really works for me!!!

Unfortunately I did not receive enough of a sample to really give an opinion as to if this product works or not. I like that it is Triple Action Joint comfort: Joint + Cartilage + Bone. I think it is worth a try if you need help with any of this areas. I am going to buy a bottle to test it out because I do have joint discomfort.

With allergies to shell fish, I had to find something besides the G/C for the knees. This has worked for me, for several years, now. I can certainly tell the difference if I allow myself to get without for several days. I've learned not to let that happen.

I took the capsule and think I might like to continue them to see if they could help my knees. They get very stiff and sore after sitting for a length of time. The one capsule sample is a start, but will need to continue longer to be able to gauge any improvement.

I first started using Move Free Ultra because my shoulder joints ached from picking up items, such as my laptop with one arm. After taking Move Free for only about a week the aches went away..... so I know it worked, also I gave a bottle to a friend with the same problem and it worked for her too.
