I was a little cautious because I have not had a lot of luck with ths type of product. But boy was I surprised. I took it on a day when I was a vendor at a holiday craft fair. So lots of loading, setting up, packing up and on your feet most of the day. I felt the med definitely helped me get through a tough day.

Other joint supplements often require 2 or 3 pills and are much larger. The thing about this though, is you have to pay attention to what they contain. While each Move Free Ultra caplet is smaller with a smooth coating so that it is very easy to swallow, it doesn't contain glucosamine hydrochloride. Many of those large dose and pill product have 1500 mg of glucosamine hydrochloride in each serving. Instead a serving of Move Free Ultra contains 40 mg of "Proprietary Cartilage Blend(cartilage and potassium chloride)(providing undenatured type II collagen)" plus Boron and Hyaluronic Acid. This formula is working for me. After a couple weeks of taking this daily I do feel less pain in my knees. My knees aren't terrible but I am trying to be proactive in taking care of my joints. This product is helping me do that. Very large and wasteful packaging for the 30 count bottle.

I was excited to receive this product, as I have issues with aches and pains in my joints on the daily. This did not disappoint! The pain and tightness in my hands/fingers was less pronounced after one pill. I'll definitely be purchasing to see how I'll feel after making it a part of my daily routine. I like that it's only one pill per day, and I also love the addition of Magnesium, as I find it to be a great mineral to help keep me feeling good inside! I would definitely recommend if you're experiencing joint pain and looking for something simple to take care of your problems.

I think the sample should have included more supplements to ensure that the product was useful and helpful. I did purchase this because I have joint issues and now that I have been using them consistently for a few weeks, I do notice a difference in my mobility and lack of pain now. So while I think the sample size should have been more, these are well worth the price.
