[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Schiff Move Joint Support for over a week to help alleviate the stiffness in my knees. I like that I only have to take one tablet a day. Additionally, the tablets are small and easy to swallow. I haven't noticed a change as of yet, I know the stiffness won't disappear over night. I plan on continuing to use the product until I see a change. I'd rather use Schiff than a prescription drug with potential side effects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i had the Move Free Ultra and Triple action and it works incredible. i no longer need to take pain killers or aleve or tylenol because i use to get pain when i move my joints. but now im taking this, i was able to easily move around more often with no pain or difficulty at all. i would definately recommend this product.

I switched recently to Move Free Ultra from the regular Move Free. I like the pill, it is so tiny and only needs to take one a day. I have not experienced anything different in my knees yet, may be it takes longer time to see if there is a difference.
