It's actually a pretty great product, in taking this I was able to move a bit easier bending and squatting and lifting all day long was a bit less painful. I'm sure with time the movements will become easier as I continue to take Move Free Ultra Triple Action, of that I intend to. Moving with little or no discomfort has been amazing!

I started this product about four months ago on the advice of my sister. I was having lots of stiffness in my knees & hips after sitting and in the mornings when i would get up. After taking for about a month I noticed substantial improvement in my stiffness

Most glucosamine is make with shrimp and crab shells. I am allergic to that, but because glucosamine works wonders for my joints, I kept taking it for the past 10 years. Until now, I found Movefree Ultra. It is reasonably prices, only one small pill a day, not made from shrimp and crab, and it works for me. It may not work as good as glucosamine that I used to take, but it still works.

I am 63 and my husband is 60. Spent many years in Alaska on construction jobs. Move Free not only enables us to "move freely" on a daily basis but still work on crafting and home construction projects like we used to do. We had almost given up on doing the things we enjoy but, thanks to Move Free, which we both take every day...WE'RE BACK!!!
