I bought this item 6-month ago and I am pleased to say that it was more easier to use than the traditional type supplement. It use one smaller pill to have the same more or less the effectiveness as 3 larger tablets needed to be taken when I use the traditional type. and the pricing of it is seemed reasonable. Thank you.

I was a little cautious because I have not had a lot of luck with ths type of product. But boy was I surprised. I took it on a day when I was a vendor at a holiday craft fair. So lots of loading, setting up, packing up and on your feet most of the day. I felt the med definitely helped me get through a tough day.

I love that the pill is very small and so easy to swallow. It contains Type II Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid, and Boron. This is to promote joint, cartilage and bone health. This is something that you can't really say if it works until you've been taking it for awhile but it looks promising.
