This tiny tablet is much more easier to swallow to me. I am always not really good at swallowing the big tablets.

I highly recommend this product! I have been using this product for more than a year. When I miss a few doses of this supplement, I can tell a difference. It is the best joint support product I have used and I have used a lot of them over the previous 1- years.

I have a back of knee issue due to former bakers cyst. Despite the knee joint crackling sometimes, it does feel better. What I really noticed is that the other knee which was crackling, too, no longer crackles every since I started using the product every day.

It was only one pill, so I would need to try it on a more regular basis to really see how it does. I regularly get knee pain from years of playing sports, and after taking this it did make my knee pain become more slight.
