I have bad joints and knees but didn't notice anything that made it easier to move around. I think if I were to take it for a longer period of time, I could provide better feedback.

I take fish oil and vitamin D but the wierd knee flare ups continued. I tried Triple Action by Move Free Ultra and my left knee seemed like it was stronger and it did not hurt that day no matter what I did, which was a pleasant surprise. I like Move Free Ultra I want more of this excellent joint support product.

I'm surprised such a small pill with taking only one a day does such a great job! My bones feel better. I have to stay healthy because my movement really does matter. I will definitely have to buy a bottle to see how well they will continue to work. I recieved a free sample from Pinchme.

Working in an elementary school I need to move good and when I took this I could keep up better with the students.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Move Free Ultra Triple Action with Type II Collagen Boron and HA says it's a tiny pill. This is completely accurate. Other joint supplements often require 2 or 3 pills and are much larger. The thing about this though, is you have to pay attention to what they contain. While each Move Free Ultra caplet is smaller with a smooth coating so that it is very easy to swallow, it doesn't contain glucosamine hydrochloride. Many of those large dose and pill product have 1500 mg of glucosamine hydrochloride in each serving. Instead a serving of Move Free Ultra contains 40 mg of "Proprietary Cartilage Blend(cartilage and potassium chloride)(providing undenatured type II collagen)" plus Boron and Hyaluronic Acid. This formula is working for me. After a couple weeks of taking this daily I do feel less pain in my knees. My knees aren't terrible but I am trying to be proactive in taking care of my joints. This product is helping me do that. Very large and wasteful packaging for the 30 count bottle.

It's tough to determine the overall effectiveness in just one day but I do like that it's a small pill to be taken once daily. Time will tell if it's as effective or better than my current regimen of glucosamine sulfate.

I live in a region that has cold winters and as I get older, my body doesn't move as well as it used to. I'd really like to try a longer trial of this product because it was hard to tell how helpful it will be from the sample.

I have used Move Free products through the years. I just started Ultra this year and find that it continues to help me with my knees - and have to take just one tablet!! I use to take 2 large tablets in order to get the same results - much easier now.
