I had tried other supplements but never saw much improvement because the pills were so large I couldn't take as many as recommended (sometimes as many as 3 a day!). I like that not only is Move Free Ultra a smaller, more manageable size but I only need to take one a day. I don't know yet if I've seen any improvement, but since I just ran out & can't get anymore till payday next week, that will be the real test.

If they do, I will most likely switch to the Schiff Move Free. The tablets are easy to take as they are small, and only one is needed daily.
