I only had the one to take since it was a sample, so not sure how it really works. I am willing to buy more to try it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In order to maintain a healthy lifestyle i began taking multiple vitamins several year ago which is a meal on its own since I take several at a time, after receiving the move free ulta triple action vitamins to try I have finally found An all I'm one vitamin that has each and every vitamin all in one singular tablet . I'm truly sold on it !

I switched recently to Move Free Ultra from the regular Move Free. I like the pill, it is so tiny and only needs to take one a day. I have not experienced anything different in my knees yet, may be it takes longer time to see if there is a difference.
