I am in my mid-40's and recently started having hot flashes, sweating at night and gaining weight. Since taking this supplement, my hot flashes and night sweats are minimal. My weight has remained steady and I'm feeling much more like I did before pre-menopause. The capsules are small, easy to swallow and serving size is only 1 per day. I was hoping that it would help with the weight management, but I have actually gained weight in the last 30 days while dieting and exercising. The hot flashes and night sweats have continued.
