It was probably the most useful med I could have gotten right now with everything I'm going through. Definitely pre menopause one month I have my cycle 2 months I don't them I get it. It's random and shows and goes when it feels like. not fun when unprepared.

My hot flashes have significantly lessened and so have my hot flashes. The capsules are easy to take, just 1 any time of the day. I like that no artificial dyes are used and they are preservative free. I have not noticed weight help either way with AZO yet but I will give it more time. I will definitely continue taking this product.

They did seem to help. But they were a few days in between simce i have had stomach isseus lately and migraines.

They are a dietary supplement that may help with some symptoms related to menopause. I personally have not noticed any changes yet; however a 60 day minimum of daily use is recommended. They contain black cohash root extract. The capsules are rather large if you have difficulty swallowing.
