After taking this everyday, I have not feel anything different. Still having hot flashes, night sweats. I'm not sure how long to be able to notice but every person is different. So, maybe it takes a while before I can feel the effectiveness of this product.

Prior to starting this product, I was getting hot flashes multiple times a day. Pill is easy to swallow and doesn't have any aftertaste.
