I have definitely seen a difference in regards to hot flashes and night sweats. It's not necessary, but I like to take it with food in the evening. The pills are about the size of most probiotics, so they are easy to swallow, and you only take one pill a day. I like that they contain no artificial dyes or preservatives. They're also gluten and lactose free. They do contain soy. I'm a big fan of AZO products, and I'm happy to have another one of their products to help get through this next stage of life.
