This product does not contain any weird additives and the main ingredient is something I'm familiar with. You only have to take one pill to aid with hot flashes and night sweats. The latter has been a huge issue for me so I'm excited to have this product.

Works well when taken daily. I like how it is a natural product and works with hormones by the addition of the soy which helps with reduced estrogen.
