Since taking this product I have not had any night sweats and that has been absolutely wonderful! I take this product once a day in the evening before my dinner. I only take one pill a day and it does the job! I will be buying this product from here on out because it has really been helpful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These come in capsule form in a pop out packaging. You have to make sure you take plenty of water with them. I did notice if I didnt have enough water with them that I would feel like they were stuck in my throat area. I cant say its just these pills specifically as I feel this way with most pills in capsule forms. These did seem slightly on the bigger side as well. I would have preferred them in a tablet or disolvable form and smaller in size. As far as hot flashes and night sweats they come and go. I didnt notice much of a difference but that may be because not on long enough and due to the unpredictability/frequency of hot flashes and night sweats.

I did have tge worst night sweats and hit flashes woke up absolutely drenched! The first few data of taking this offered no support even felt worse a few days but i kept taking it and its been nearly a week since ive had night sweats.. just one pill daily. Simole to use and higly effective
