I noticed that these did help with the Night Sweats. After completing these, I was ready to step up my game to the actual Menopause support. They are a dietary supplement that may help with some symptoms related to menopause. I personally have not noticed any changes yet; however a 60 day minimum of daily use is recommended. They contain black cohash root extract. The capsules are rather large if you have difficulty swallowing.
