I'm definitely not sleeping hot right now when before, i would occasionally get very hot during the night. I haven't noticed other effects yet but its early and I'll continue to take these.

They are a dietary supplement that may help with some symptoms related to menopause. I personally have not noticed any changes yet; however a 60 day minimum of daily use is recommended. They contain black cohash root extract. The capsules are rather large if you have difficulty swallowing.

Its hard to know how much its helping since it says you need to take it 60 days ... but willing to try anything when its only 1 time a day. Hoping to see some impact improvement, but my overall issues are pretty mild.
