These capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that they're plant based. However, I am only ranking this 3 stars because it didn't do much for my perimenopause symptoms. I didn't really feel any different taking the supplement. I think it's a good place to start, but it's no miracle supplement that will make you breeze through menopause. You should always talk to your doctor to find a plan tailored to your unique needs.
