[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started AZO daily Peri-Menopause Support about a week ago. I feel it may just be kicking in and starting to give some relief. The past two nights I've woken up less and had no hot flashes. Though, I do not have hot flashes EVERY single night. I feel it may be helping.

I liked that it was a convenient once a day capsule. It drastically reduced the number of mornings that I was waking up covered in sweat from having a hot flash. It has been such a relief to find a reliable product to help with this issue. I have already recommended this product to several friends and family members. I'm definitely not sleeping hot right now when before, i would occasionally get very hot during the night. I haven't noticed other effects yet but its early and I'll continue to take these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product was OK, but...I was not a fan that the product contains gelatin (make a vegan version), secondly, not a fan that the soy was not organic. There are too many contradictory pieces of "science" out there about soy. Make it organic, so that at least if people choose to consume it, it's of the highest quality. What is actually in the "natural" vanilla powder that is listed on the ingredients? I think you have good ideas for good products, but how about making them the highest quality for women who already have enough changes going on in their lives.
