Prior to starting this product, I was getting hot flashes multiple times a day. Pill is easy to swallow and doesn't have any aftertaste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the idea of using perimenopause supplements to help support the transition that all women go through in life. These capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that they're plant based. However, I am only ranking this 3 stars because it didn't do much for my perimenopause symptoms. I didn't really feel any different taking the supplement. I think it's a good place to start, but it's no miracle supplement that will make you breeze through menopause. You should always talk to your doctor to find a plan tailored to your unique needs.

I love that they are made with natural ingredients lke soy and black cohosh. I also like that these help with weight management which is a plus.
