I have heard very good things about black cohosh and was glad to see that it is an ingredient in this particular product. I like that the product claims to help with weight management because my weight has been spiraling upward no matter what I do or what I eat. I would have to say that it did decrease my appetite but unfortunately that is primarily because it did make me feel a bit nauseated. I always took it with a full meal but that could just be me because I do have a sensitive gut. The pills were very easy to swallow and I liked the fact that you only had to take them once a day. I didn't take them long enough to really say if they made a true difference or not because the package does say that you need to take them for at least 60 days to get the full effect.
