I take mine in the evening before I go to bed. They are very easy to take. I think this has helped me go through this process more easily. I will keep taking these.

I don't suffer from hot flashes or night sweats yet as I'm in the very early stages of perimenopause. As far as helping out with weight gain, this supplement hasn't made any difference so far.

The ingredient Black Cohosh does seem to help elevate these symptoms. The metabolic herbal supplements do seem to help with managing weight as I've lost 5 pounds recently.
