Again its only been a few weeks and seeing a little difference in my symptoms keeps me optimistic. A few of the things i like about it other than helping the symptoms is the fact that it's a capsule. I usually have issues with swallowing pills but it being a capsule makes it so much easier. And the other thing I like is the fact that I only have to take it once a day. Which helps with my consistency on taking. Because I don't have to remember to take them thought the day.

The ingredient Black Cohosh does seem to help elevate these symptoms. The metabolic herbal supplements do seem to help with managing weight as I've lost 5 pounds recently. AZO is a brand I trust that is starting to have many menopause supplements that I find helpful for women in this stage of their life!
