But since taking Azo's Pre-Menopause Support, I have been less sweaty. I have been taking it everyday for about 2 weeks now, and even my husband has noticed the change. It can be hard to accept the truth, but I plan on continuing this supplement and hopefully continue to see improvements. It does state to see results, it would need to be continued after 30 days so I'm interesed in seeing what else this can help with.

The past two nights I've woken up less and had no hot flashes. Though, I do not have hot flashes EVERY single night. I feel it may be helping.

I am pre menopausal and not fully into menopause but i recently started getting hot flashes during the night. This seems to help. These capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that they're plant based. However, I am only ranking this 3 stars because it didn't do much for my perimenopause symptoms. I didn't really feel any different taking the supplement. I think it's a good place to start, but it's no miracle supplement that will make you breeze through menopause. You should always talk to your doctor to find a plan tailored to your unique needs.
