The pills are a little big swallow, I'd rather take 2 smaller capsules than try to swallow 1 big capsule. As far as the weight management, it did not do anything to suppress my appetite. I was still hungry. and eating. And I was not experiencing any hot flashes as they come and go whenever they feel like it, so I really cannot comment on that right now.
