I noticed that these did help with the Night Sweats. After completing these, I was ready to step up my game to the actual Menopause support. These capsules were kind to my stomach even when taken without food. I took these with my regular vitamins.

The pills themselves are average capsule size and easy to swallow in my opinion. You just take one a day with or without food. I tried both ways and didn't have any reactions either way so that was nice. I will say I slept better at night so maybe it helped with hot flashes or overall comfort because bedtime is the worst for me. Overall it was okay. I didn't notice a whole lot, but I did sleep better.

I've only tried this for 20 days so far (one box is a 30 day supply) and the box does state that the product should be used for a minimum of 60 days so I'll need to buy another box to extend my usage to experience the full benefit. I can say that it is one pill a day that can be taken any time, and the pill is easy to take, there's no aftertaste and I have had no side effects. I appreciate that this is contains herbal ingredients and addresses several symptoms of pre-menopause. This chapter of my life has been tough but having products like this really help make me more comfortable and make pre-menopause easier to tackle.

After taking this everyday, I have not feel anything different. Still having hot flashes, night sweats. I'm not sure how long to be able to notice but every person is different.
