The home screen is adequate, but could benefit from some personalization. The refresh rate is great for the content I enjoy, and sports are really represented well. I do not have to connect any third party devices for streaming services since all of the popular streaming services come already loaded. This TV fits uniformly with my living room! This TV has been fantastic my favorite thing about it is the remote has been so intuitive and easy to use compared to so many other remotes out there but, you know, the contrast, the screen, the black depth and white pointing, the AI Upscaling, the perfect picture in any setting. It can handle any resolution, and ot was just perfect in any lighting. The best@

The only drawback that I have is that I am not able to use my existing surround sound system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is awesome, we also have the 40 inch version in the bedroom. We choose this TV so we could pair it with our phones as we are samsung fans. The ease with which you can navigate all the apps and things that come with it is nothing short of amazing. Plus we love having it hooked up to our surround sound. It's almost like having a miniature movie theater in our den. We are seriously considering upgrading to a larger version of this one and putting the 65 inch in our bedroom and the 40 inch one in the guest room. I would and do recommend samsung products to any one. The brightness and contrast on the factory settings is perfect. The uniformity of this device is awesome, and the upscaliing is easy to do. The responsiveness of this TV is bar none.

I was expecting to spend an hour or to going through all the settings and ipdates that I assumed were going to be needed to set up our nee 55” Crystal UHD Samsung. But, no, it was 90% ready to go out of the box and 30 minutes later we were rewarded with a wonderfully clear, crisp picture with nothing other than its connection to our WiFi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The view itself is amazing. My electronics are mostly Samsung so I keep them all in the Samsung account. However, ive been having hdmi connection problems with this 2026 upgrade version. The hdmi is very seldomly detected. At times, I have to disconnect and reconnect to use the hdmi feature. The previous Samsung tv did not have that issue.
