[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One thing I have to complain about is the remote control. I think it's sensitive and can easily change the channel. At one point it seemed like the TV was controlling itself and I'm not sure is it was the remote or the tv doing it. But to fix the issue we would have to turn the tv off and on several times one times. I love samsung TVs and we have samsung phones that connect so easy. Before we upgraded, we had our last tv for about 10 years so we hope we get the same amount of years hopefully more out of this one.

I wasn't sure of what brand was as reliable as my old tv. I wanted a tv with the newest version of technology, while prioritizing with the best overall picture quality. The obvious choice for me was samsung and their reputation for put out a quality product world wide.

For the same price as the vizio and less than the hisense, i received much better quality! I play video games and dont feel like i lag. I watch movies and my tv shows with beautiful quality. I was skeptical at the beginning but this Samsung tv has met all if not more than all of my expectations. Thank you, Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The biggest complaint I have is the headache of trying to switching from my primary WiFi to my guest WiFi. Get as far as entering the password and halfway through it kicks me out. After spending far too much time and trying to just get it back to the primary WiFi had to do a factory reset. That required setting up all my apps again. Fix that issue and you would earn another star.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is awesome, we also have the 40 inch version in the bedroom. We choose this TV so we could pair it with our phones as we are samsung fans. The ease with which you can navigate all the apps and things that come with it is nothing short of amazing. Plus we love having it hooked up to our surround sound. It's almost like having a miniature movie theater in our den. We are seriously considering upgrading to a larger version of this one and putting the 65 inch in our bedroom and the 40 inch one in the guest room. I would and do recommend samsung products to any one. The brightness and contrast on the factory settings is perfect. The uniformity of this device is awesome, and the upscaliing is easy to do. The responsiveness of this TV is bar none.

I was expecting to spend an hour or to going through all the settings and ipdates that I assumed were going to be needed to set up our nee 55” Crystal UHD Samsung. But, no, it was 90% ready to go out of the box and 30 minutes later we were rewarded with a wonderfully clear, crisp picture with nothing other than its connection to our WiFi
