Had to have a Samsung account before I could use it. 2nd Samsung tv, 1st turned on and it worked, did half to pair with my wifi to get free channels. Great picture, just took me weeks to get my son to setup so I could watch it.

Also, this TV forces you to create an account in order to add apps. Also unacceptable. Based on this, I will never buy a Samsung TV again. Otherwise the picture was beautiful. Disappointing that we had to return it. We will be using your competitor that does not require a login account to add apps to the TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture is bright, sharp with accurate colors. Remote would be better if the buttons lit up when pressed. Also, tv speaker(s) are pretty weak. Volume is almost at full capacity to be able to hear dialogue in movies. I get it that there are aftermarket improvements available, but they've never been necessary on any tv I've owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is awesome, we also have the 40 inch version in the bedroom. We choose this TV so we could pair it with our phones as we are samsung fans. The ease with which you can navigate all the apps and things that come with it is nothing short of amazing. Plus we love having it hooked up to our surround sound. It's almost like having a miniature movie theater in our den. We are seriously considering upgrading to a larger version of this one and putting the 65 inch in our bedroom and the 40 inch one in the guest room. I would and do recommend samsung products to any one. The brightness and contrast on the factory settings is perfect. The uniformity of this device is awesome, and the upscaliing is easy to do. The responsiveness of this TV is bar none.

The brightness is perfect and the contrast is great. I have never had a tv that was as responsive as this Samsung tv is. Every single color and led light is evenly distributed across the screen. The upscaling gives the picture a much sharper image and makes it easier on the eyes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brightness is able to go down to the point where the screen is barely visible and goes up way past than im used to. I haven't messed with the contrast settings yet, so can't comment on its features or anything. I started to test the responsiveness of the system by pressing multiple buttons on the remote because my kids are young and they like to do extra stuff. Upscaling and uniformity is top teir.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The biggest complaint I have is the headache of trying to switching from my primary WiFi to my guest WiFi. Get as far as entering the password and halfway through it kicks me out. After spending far too much time and trying to just get it back to the primary WiFi had to do a factory reset. That required setting up all my apps again. Fix that issue and you would earn another star.

The setup was a little different as I am in my 80 s but we got thru that with really no problems. I can recommend the Samsung brand as one of the best on the market,it's the only brand I think of when I think of T v😎🤙
