[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Samsung but when I bought this one and got it home I discovered it didn't have a fiber optic connection for the soundbar. I used the hdmi instead. It has been a great tv until today. I turned the tv on and I have lines on the screen. It looks like maybe I bumped the screen somehow and it cracked. Can't see the menu or anything to watch it now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brightness is able to go down to the point where the screen is barely visible and goes up way past than im used to. I haven't messed with the contrast settings yet, so can't comment on its features or anything. I started to test the responsiveness of the system by pressing multiple buttons on the remote because my kids are young and they like to do extra stuff. Upscaling and uniformity is top teir.

Remote and smart instructions are easy to navigate as well. Super easy set-up, updates and system maintenance too!

Great for Gaming. The smooth responsiveness is perfect NO glitches over here! Great for sports and kids movies the brightness and contrast makes you feel like you're there. Great Uniformity.

It fits on top of a dresser, but it has a much better picture than my 55" LG that is in the livingroom. I keep hoping my LG will burn out so I can replace it with a 55" Samsung!!! My Samsung is much more responsive to connecting to WiFi, and the sound stays more consistent when commercials come on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mom who loves a good movie night and definitely notices picture quality, this Samsung 75" Crystal UHD U8000HD has been such a great upgrade for our home. The picture is crisp, bright, and detailed, and the huge screen makes movies feel so much more immersive. It is almost like having our own little theater at home. I do love how simple the smart features are to use and how sleek the TV looks in the room. If I had to pick a couple of downsides, I do wish the built-in sound had a little more punch, especially for action movies, and a higher refresh rate would be nice for gaming. But for everyday TV, family movie nights, and streaming, I've been genuinely impressed every time we turn it on.
