I was scared it would taste weird since it's sugar free, but honestly it's super good and refreshing. It mixed really fast in my water with not clumps or chalky texture. I didn't notice any side effects either, and definitely helped me feel more hydrated during the day.

I love trying new flavors and was so excited to try the new Ring Pop Cherry flavor! It is so fun and light for summer. It's sweet but a little tart- a good balance- and I think may be my new favorite flavor for summer. They are super easy to mix in to a bottle of water on the go and I usually drink one after my daily runs. Overall, I definitely recommend!!

But this actually surprise me. It's pretty balanced, sweet enough that you tasted cherry, but not so sweet that you drinking it halfway through the bottle. The nostalgia hit is real though. It does taste like the ring pops. I had as a kid, but in a way that feels fun rather than fake or overdone. And since this version is sugar-free, I don't feel bad sipping on it after a workout or on a hot day when I actually need the electrolytes. It mixes really well too, no weird gritty stuff at the bottom of the bottle, which has been a problem for me with other powders. It makes it easy to throw in your bag. I've been throwing a stick in my water bottle in the mornings and it genuinely makes me want to drink more water through the day which is the whole point. Already eyeing other flavors to try.

I don't usually care much for cherry flavor but this one wasn't too sweet and had a slightly citrusy feel to it. I like that it's sugar free as well. The flavor is a perfect combination of salty and sweet, due to the heavy sodium electrolytes provided. Love how easy and portable these are. Also this brand is super creative and has fun with their flavors, which I love!! It's a fun brand! I hit a few workout classes per week and I will seriously be adding these in my rotation in order to stay hydrated :)
