I also love how clean it is. It is vegan, soy free, dairy free, and gluten-free. The new flavors are great, and I definitely recommend.

The flavor is really good and not too sweet. Makes drinking water more enjoyable. It definitely helps me feel more hydrated without feeling heavy or sugary. Super convenient just to just toss a stick in my bag too.

This flavor is still salty but the flavor is really good. I added ice and it was even better when cold. It blended really well with no clumps. I also like that it's very light colored and not full of bright red dye. It's an easy way to get extra electrolytes.

I have conditions that require me to boost my electrolytes and stay as hydrated as possible, Liquid IV is a great way to do that. This is a very good flavor choice, tastes exactly like a ring pop but with none of the sugar. It has just the right electrolytes I need to keep hydrated and makes drinking water just a little more fun. I like that there is no artifical colors! Its so easy to prepare! Just open the packet (which you can carry in your pocket, purse, car, etc and pour it into your water and shake! As simple as that.

I was actually quite surprised of how good it tasted. We are on our way home from Atlantic City and brought a water for the car ride home. The packaging was easy to open, and pour into the bottle, without getting everywhere. It mixed up and the water turned white, its cherry flavored, so I thought it would have been red. So it was a nice surprise. I don't know if they are all sugar free or not, but my husband does like the sugar free version of a lot of things, so these are perfect for him. It has good flavor, and I definitely felt more hydrated after drinking this. I definitely want to try other flavors now.

Unfortunately, it doesn't taste very ring pop-like. It is sugar free, so I'm wondering if that plays a part in the why. It still adds flavor to water though and gives a hydration boost. I love that I can just mix them into a water bottle. And it's easy to take these on the go.

One pouch mixed well into one 16 ounce water bottle. It dissolved quickly and had the perfect amount of flavor. The cherry flavor is definitely nostalgic of the ring pops I enjoyed as a kid. I think this is a great sugar free option for staying hydrated.
