The mix was a great consistency and broke down easily. Made me feel refreshed and ready to go. Got the amazing cherry flavor and I was very happy to see it had no added red dye. I'm not new to Liquid IV and I was happy to try this brand for free and this flavor. The packet itself was great, no chalky taste and mixed well. To say it was no sugar, it tasted just like the ring pop! Easy to throw in my purse or gym bag on the go!

It has a decent flavor. Don't know if I'd say it's like a ring pop though.

It dissolved quickly without alot of mixing. I like that it comes in individual packets and you can add to a water bottle on the go.
