I live in Florida and sweat to death so I drink one daily to fight off dehydration. I can throw it in my bag and take it anywhere. Excellent value for the price!

It has some tartness to it. It is not as salty as some other drinks. It is a good after workout drink. It is easy to blend with water. It does have a little after taste. With that being said I was very satisfied with this I.V. Drink.

The ingredients are designed for effective hydration with electrolytes and mixes easily in water. Before mixing it smells like ring pop candy but after mixing the cherry scent becomes more noticeable. The taste is light and not very strong, nothing clearly ring pop or cherry stands out but overall it is still pleasant and easy to drink. No strong aftertaste.

It makes it thick and grainy and the flavor doesn't make up for that change. I can't get it down. I wish I could, because the electrolytes without the crazy sugar is what I need, but this just isn't it for me. Not a fan.

I love trying new flavors and was so excited to try the new Ring Pop Cherry flavor! It is so fun and light for summer. It's sweet but a little tart- a good balance- and I think may be my new favorite flavor for summer. They are super easy to mix in to a bottle of water on the go and I usually drink one after my daily runs. Overall, I definitely recommend!!

One pouch mixed well into one 16 ounce water bottle. It dissolved quickly and had the perfect amount of flavor. The cherry flavor is definitely nostalgic of the ring pops I enjoyed as a kid. I have conditions that require me to boost my electrolytes and stay as hydrated as possible, Liquid IV is a great way to do that. This is a very good flavor choice, tastes exactly like a ring pop but with none of the sugar. It has just the right electrolytes I need to keep hydrated and makes drinking water just a little more fun. I like that there is no artifical colors! Its so easy to prepare! Just open the packet (which you can carry in your pocket, purse, car, etc and pour it into your water and shake! As simple as that.
