We bought this model after reviewing many choices at the local appliance emporium. It had the essential features we were looking for - “inside” ice maker and water dispenser, French doors and large capacity. The WiFi connection was a bonus. Set up a breeze and tired fridge halled away. Should have replaced it sooner.

We bought our LG a few months ago and have been very pleased! We love the water dispenser on the inside and how easy it is to move the shelves around. Spills are super easy to clean and the shelves in the door can hold lots of drink and food bottles/cans. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase!

Our old fridge wasn't working well (different brand) and was causing our food to go bad very quickly, so we bought this one almost a month ago. So far I'm absolutely loving it! It's easy to use and set the temps, easy to hook up to the water line and keeps temperatures accurately. The only thing I wish it came with was a slider shelf for taller items but it's not a deal breaker. I really like how the water dispenser is in the fridge and not on the front of the door where it can drip down the front of the door. The ice maker keeps up with the amount of ice we need and is always full. I wish the ice maker came with an ice scoop but that's not a deal breaker either. We bought this and 3 other LG kitchen appliances the same day and we are very pleased with all of our purchases.

I give zero. Purchased refrigerator and lines on back of frig sprayed water on wall and floor while admistering water from inside of frig. Ruined our hardwood floors. Lg response is they don't install water lines and are not paying for any damage. But they sell refrigerator with water features?? Ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is the best of both worlds. Cabinet depth gives it a more built-in feel, but LG has done a great job maximizing interior storage space. I only gave it 4 stars since the ice maker is a bit small and cannot keep up with the demands of a moderate size party (dinner for 8), even using the "ice plus" setting.

Great design, so much space for counter depth, nice deep veg and fruit trays, ice maker works perfectly, temps seem perfect, quiet. Water temp seems too warm, not as cold as water kept in jug in fridge. Maybe that is normal? Had to order second delivery because first one had surface defects on doors (small dots and a couple of scratches). But other than water temp, very happy so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this refrigerator for about 3 months and it has been awesome! Lots of room with easy access to items. The freezer has plenty of space and the ice maker works very well. Overall a great product and would highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No issues with the product just that during delivery they broke the right draw track and it's going over a month now for the LG service technician to come and fix the issue. I am still without a freezing compartment!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a month ago and I am so happy with my LG refrigerator that I am happy to recommend this LG product. It is a French door refrigerator in the new stainless that does not leave fingerprints. It is counter depth so it does not stick out into the room. we live in a small townhouse and space is a commodity. I can't believe how spacious the frig is. We store milk, condiments, etc in the very deep spaces inside the doors and there is still lots of room on all the many shelves. Our last frig was actually larger but did not hold as much. Plus, we can now see our food. It is not buried and out of sight. The water spigot is inside too so no mess in the outside of the door. Lg really organized this refrigerator very successfully. This is a well planned out appliance. I would highly recommend it to others. I love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago and I am very excited about it. I was thrilled that there was a water dispenser inside the refrigerator, instead if having one through to door and losing all that space for the mechanism. I do not always want chilled water, but it is there when I need it and I have not lost valuable fridge space to achieve that. It is very stylish and has lots of great storage room for all my foods, condiments and drinks.
