[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for probably 2 weeks now, the set temperature for the refrigerator was at 37, then I put in thermometer, said it was 40, finally I set it to 33, lowest setting, it got down to 36.7, then up to 40.3. The freezer works, the temperature for the fridge is worthless. Yes, the back of the fridge is over 3" from the wall, so it has room to run.

I am happy with my purchase. I had to use it for a while to get a good feel if how it would fit in my life. Although I really like this appliance, there are a couple of things I am not crazy about. The first being the tiny shelf on the bottom of the door. I feel that it is the twilight zone of the fridge and things will become forgotten if placed there. The second thing is a win and a loss, the water dispenser. Win: you create more room on the door not having a dispenser placed there. Loss: if you drink a lot of water, or have to fill a large thermos like me, then you are spending more time with the door open, affecting your fridge temp and run time. The last thing I am not crazy about, but I think I may get used to it, is the freezer door handle. I am not used to handles that move, because I am do used to thinking that if it moves it is loose and I feel compelled to want to fix it. I like the look and feel overall. I like the amount of storage. It feels like more space even though it is slightly smaller than my previous unit. I like the clean look of the interior with all the clear plastic. I like that the controls are electronic and not a box. Overall, the best appliance in my opinion.

We've had this refrigerator for about 18 months. I recently started noticing small dents on the doors here and there. We're empty nesters and extremely careful with our appliances. We bought an oven and microwave as well and we've not noticed any dents yet. The dents on the fridge are very tiny and not in one place. LG I'd like to know why? How thin is the stainless you are using?

This is my second LG french door fridge. The last one lasted 14 years. The new fridge is beautiful inside and out. Even though the cubit feet is the same, the inside holds much for than my original LG. The doors can hold numerous 1/2 gallon containers 5 to 7 on 1 side. The door stay cold with door cooling technology. The lighting and interior is elegant. My fridge runs colder than the setting, so this is a very efficient fridge. I am very pleased and recommend this fridge.

Fridge was delivered with one door lower than the other, read the manual on how to adjust with the tool provided but couldn't get it to even out. Put in for a technician to come out and fix it, got a call from the repair company that because it is a cosmetic issue, I would have to pay for the service call because it was past the 24-48 hour limit. I checked the paperwork, couldn't find anything stating that. As a consumer I have the right to expect that a brand new fridge would look like the fridge in the advertisements and on the showroom floor without having to pay extra for it.

Overall, very good refridgerator with only a minor insignificant flaw. That is the upper tray in the freezer does not stay in and always comes out half way such that it interferes with the bottom tray and one cannot load or remove items easily. Minor difficultly but when in a hurry it could be bothersome.

Bought my refrigerator about 3months ago. It is everything its supposed to be. Being counter depth, I was concerned it wouldn't hold much but it is extremely large and holds a very large amount. Love the hide away water dispenser which also allows for more room inside for food storage. A great machine.

I love the fridge, my vegetables lasts fresh for longer in this fridge!! It has great capacity and it is quiet and energy saving. Just evaluating the fridge itself, it is wonderful indeed. I just was 2 little thing to point out: (1) the nob at the bottom to balance the fridge is oddly just at the front end, I have a floor that happened to till slight from the left to the right of the fridge, and there seems to be no way to lift the back end of the fridge unless I cut a small piece of hard object to shim it myself. (2) the WIFI connection to use the app: after a few months I kept getting my fridge cannot be found, but it was still totally reading my energy usage, my door closing and opening etc, I just don't get alert anymore when I forgot to close the door. The only way to get it all correct again was to delete the device and add it back, but when I did that, it lost all my previous history.........I lost half a year worth of energy usage trend.......

I researched refrigerators and LG was suggested with flying colors! There was a bonus of a water Spicket inside the left door, which I truly love! My granddaughter is thrilled because I can now hang all of her drawings on the front and both sides of the LG! Best fridge ever!

Nice refrigerator. First one that was delivered had a crack in the corner of inside liner and a crack in the vegetable drawer. The shelves are very hard to put back in once they are taken out. No dividers for the cheese and cold cut drawer. And no options for the door shelves to adjust to different heights. So ketchup bottle does not fit because it's too tall. Also no butter shelf or egg holder.
