I couldn't pick a suggested review topic. All of them are spot on! I purchased my first LG refrigerator back in 2025. I loved it so much, I got another for my second home. It's quiet, does a great job of cooling & freezing, there's so much more room than my previous fridge, & it stays consistent. The pull-out freezer & double doors above are roomy & easily accessible. In the fridge part, there's no need to move things around because you can see what you have. I'm saving money & energy with these 2 new appliances, which is a wonderful, added bonus. Highly recommend!!

I was looking for a fridge that would fit into a very small and narrow gap in my counter. This fridge fits perfectly. It has so much more room than my old fridge even though the footprint is a lot smaller! It really makes my weekly grocery shop for myself look tiny. I can't ever imagine running low on room as a single person. I imagine this would house a large family's foodstuffs without incident. There was a minor difficulty with shipping (the promised day came and went without a peep from the delivery folks) but I got it a week later. Overall, I have no complaints. It's super quiet, beeps if it's been open a bit too long, makes ice, and dispenses water. This fridge does anything anyone would want out of a fridge.

Very usable space inside and very well lit. I like that it is quiet most of the time. We did have a little time where the refrigerator wouldn't go below 50F and found that a wrapper had fallen and was blocking a vent. Once the offending piece was removed, the refrigerator has worked flawlessly since.

I bought this refrigerator a few weeks ago and it has exceeded my expectations! Even though it is only slightly larger than my previous side-by-side, the layout allows much more storage. I like having the water dispenser inside the unit as well. The finger print resistant finish is one of my favorite features. This appliance is so easy to clean and keep clean! I enjoy all the features including the "alarm" the lets you know when you've left the door open or ajar. I would highly recommend this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator only several weeks ago for our weekend house and cannot give it definitive performance review as yet but can comment on its layout, features, and build quality. We discovered that this 27 cu. ft. counter depth refrigerator can store so much more than we thought it ever could. At first, we were even convinced that we may have purchased too large of a refrigerator. We have most all refrigerated items stored in direct view and arranged on the two interior doors. We're trying to organize the shelf interior so that we know where any given item is on a regular basis. We're not there yet. We have purchased clear plastic bins for use in the freezer section to better make orderly use of the space. The ice maker is a little slow but the ice collection box in the freezer is very convenient and doesn't waste space on the door. I find the inability to determine the actual refrigerator and freezer temperatures annoying and frustrating. The digital set temperature seems inadequate without also showing the actual temperatures. I had to realign the left door after delivery and installation after initially loaded it with items. The left door would not engage the top track to close the flap seal between the two doors. The instructions and tool provided helped me solve this problem that I felt should not have occurred. The water filter was easily installed and the interior water dispenser was convenient to use although we only drink spring water which we store in its 2-1/2 gallon dispensing container on one off the adjustable shelves. The exterior stainless finish is smudge resistant because it seems to have some kind of clearcoat finish over the stainless steel. I, however found two very small defects in that finish which I will live with. A further comprehensive review of this fridge will be given after a longer term of use has been established.

I am happy with my purchase, in general. I feel like the shelf configuration could be better. I'm extremely limited on space for taller items, but, it works fine, overall. I did have an issue with the unit not cooling; everything in my freezer thawing, and the fridge warming. I had to toss about a thousand dollars worth of food. The fridge lights were still on, which was a confusing thing- it was on, but not working. I had a very good experience with a phone call to customer service, and learned that because while having some electrical work done, a breaker had been shut off, then quickly turned on again, and that was enough to cause the motherboard to shut down, and need to be reset. I was able to reset it, and it began working fine. I think this is a problematic design flaw. If the fridge is not cooling, then the lights and everything should go off, and perhaps an easily accessible, specific reset button should be present. That way you can see that the unit is not cooling, long before you find your stuff thawing. It should also have a built in surge protector, so this DOESN't happen, with so many power “flickers” that occurs in my area. But, I do like the look and sleek profile of the fridge, and this was the only issue I have had with it so far. As I said, the customer service person was very professional and helpful.

I bought the counter depth refrigerator in November. In the spring I tried to replace the air filter. The air filter from the factory was removed from the frame and shoved into the filter holder, breaking it. The factory air filter was square and the holder was rhombus shaped. I was sent a new filter holder, but it will not mount to the refrigerator. The filter feature is useless. My refrigerator has no filters available for it. How does something like this even happen with a major appliance company?

This refrigerator is nice but not as good as our last LG refrigerator. We thought we got the same one but this one seems smaller inside. Also the installer scratched the handle and the door with a tool while putting on the handles. We got a replacement handle and now we need a new left side replacement door. We paid a lot of money for this refrigerator and it's scratched by the installer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 1 month an ago! The water being dispensed is HORRIBLE (metal taste) I've icc BFF er 10 gallon out of frig and it's horrible I've called for service and IVE BEEN IGNORED. VERY VAD BUSINESS!!!
