So far so good! So many great features. I love the bigger bowl. I do a lot of meal prep and even though it has a small footprint, I can prepare a lot of food. I may be able to get rid of my countertop convection oven. The temperature control is huge for me, I like having that control. The light is great for keeping an eye on my food as its cooking. There is a slight learning curve to angle the bowl the right way to slide it in, but its easy peasy after that. I would love a splatter shield in the top to help maintain the cleanliness of the heating element.

I would probably air-fry a shoe just to see if it works (don't worry, I haven't… yet). The thing cooks so well that I'm convinced there's a tiny culinary wizard living inside it, wearing a little apron and judging my seasoning choices. BUT… There is one small issue. And by small, I mean the struggle is real: Putting the container in and taking it out feels like I'm participating in an Olympic sport I never trained for. I'm over here yanking, wiggling, lifting, praying… while the Ninja calmly sits there like, “Try harder, mortal.” If this thing had a difficulty setting, the basket mechanism is stuck on Expert Mode. Other than that? Flawless. Crispy. Delicious. 10/10 would recommend—just be prepared to wrestle it like you're trying to remove Excalibur from the stone.

Easy to clean and quick to cook. The product does take a little of counter space but its design is clean and modern. Love that is comes as a container, so you can storage the food in it. It has non toxic components. Very versatile and worth the hype.

Only did one meal - onion potatoes and chicken. Very good! The only thing I do not like is the dial to rotate temp, etc. is so little and hard to grip. Would appreciate if the lettering were larger so I don't have to get my glasses. Went into the dishwasher and came out shiny. Thanks for great products!

It heats up lightning fast and cooks incredibly quickly, making weeknight meals effortless. The clear glass container is such a bonus—you can watch your food as it cooks, then bring it straight to the table, and cleanup is unbelievably easy. Grease and oils wipe away without scrubbing, which is a huge upgrade from my previous machines that collected stubborn residue. The only small drawbacks are that the containers take up a bit of storage space and there isn't a lot of room for custom temperature settings. But those minor issues don't come close to outweighing how convenient, efficient, and stylish this air fryer is. It's quickly become my main way to cook and reheat almost everything, and I couldn't be happier with it!

First off the noise is loud, I understand some low level noise but this was like a loud sound… very unpleasant. Second, the dishes aren't big enough for a family to have a meal, no way you're going to fit a regular size chicken and potatoes to feed a family of 4! Third, the glass container is hard to remove. I felt as if the whole machine was going to tilt over when I was trying to remove my meal when finished, everything is HOT! The glass containers are easy to clean in the dishwasher and have tops for easy storage. The buttons to turn the machine on are easy to use. The two levels (and size containers) are easy to move up and down. I feel like this machine is a lot more powerful that it describes, cook times could be shorter than shown in the small booklet. I feel like the QR code on the machine should go to a complete link on how to use the machine along with videos of recipes. Do I like this machine… nope, it's just not as convenient as it wants to be. It's not going to cook that Sunday dinner for the family either, just not enough room. I will give it a couple more tries with a few different things but I'm not optimistic.

I was able to fit 3 pounds of potatoes, which could feed close to a dozen people. I was able to cook them perfectly in 15 minutes, which is far faster than any other air fryer I used in the past. The containers are easy to clean, and the device looks so cool, I don't put it away, I leave it on my counter. Having the glass containers and the light makes it so much easier to know when it's time to pause the cooking to turn the food, and it comes with lids so I could easily put it away when I'm done and not have to scramble for Tupperware. It's so quiet that sometimes I can't even tell if it's on, and the great safety feature is that it will not turn on if the bowl is not inserted all the way. it's extremely easy to use; my 8-year-old does a lot of her own cooking.
