Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on our Crispi Pro. This isn’t our usual standard and we acknowledge how frustrating this must be. We sincerely apologize for this experience. Something doesn't sound quite right with your unit and we would like to look into the problem with you. Please reach out to our team by phone at 1-800-365-0135, we'd be happy to look into this for you. They are available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET, and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Looking forward to hearing from you. Kind regards, Ninja Kitchen US
