[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok this has to be my favorite air fryer I have. First of let me say it's easy to clean. The size is just right. I love that it's glass and I can actually see my food cook. I love the different size glasses. And it cook perfectly look at that chicken.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Ninja Crispi because the cooking time is significantly shorter than my current air fryer, and it is a lot quieter! The user experience was not super intuitive as I have to install this platform for the smaller 2.5 QT container to be usable, but once you read the instructions once it makes sense. Overall, for the price this is a great product and I basically dump my food in and wait 15 minutes for a perfect meal

I used to have a bulky air fryer with a pullout basket that was so difficult to clean and the non-stick lining was starting to peel. After doing some research and coming across the Ninja Crispi Pro, I decided to purchase as it looked easy to use and clean. It is now my favourite appliance in our house! So easy to use and I love how the Crispi Pro option lets you customize the temperature. The non-toxic glass bowls were a huge factor in purchasing and they are so easy to clean! It might take a couple trial and error runs to understand the cooking temperature/time, but it is great that the package includes a booklet with recipes and a long list of recommended cooking times for different food items such as meat, vegetables, frozen foods etc. I also love that because it is a glass bowl, you can monitor how your food is cooking to make sure nothing is getting overcooked/burnt. 10/10 recommend!

Love it so far. I am dreading that it didn't come with the 4qt container, but as I live on my own, the smaller size works just fine. Easy to use. A few things to caution: The metal plate on top gets really hot, so if you are cooking don't leave it directly under your cabinet, you may ruin the cabinet in future. I end up putting it on a chopping board, so its easier for me to slide it away from bottom of my cabinet. Results tend to be on the dry side, so I usually have it on slightly lower temperature. Color is super pretty.

I absolutely love this air fryer. The max crisp setting is perfect for my veggie burgers. I would definitely recommend and would buy again for sure. Also love the colour.

I really love this air fryer! Being able to see the food while it's cooking is such a big plus—it makes the whole experience so much better. I also like that I can bring it straight to the table, which is super convenient. Honestly, I'm much more satisfied with it than I expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this version of the crispi because I have the original version that I’ve used for a while now. Overall I like it but I also liked the portability of the original one because the top comes off and can be easily moved and stored. On this newer version, the base/top are connected so it’s heavier and not as easy to move. It also takes up more space in my cabinet. It seems to work well, although the flatter dish is very short so the space between the heat source and the food is minimal and I feel like it cooks the top a little quicker than the bottom. As you can see in the pics, the bottom of my pizza wasn’t totally crispy but the top was on the verge of being burned so I had to take it out. Overall I would say it’s worth it to try if you’re looking for an air fryer. I like the fact that it is nontoxic (when you don’t use the nonstick tray with it).

I really like the Crispi but I miss the convenience of my Ninja foodie for easy access when flipping meat. On the foodie I opened the lid and flipped the food. On the Crispi, I remove the cooking dish, flip the food and slide the dish back in. Other than that, I like being able to see the food as it’s cooking.

1.) The plastic that holds the glass will eventually come off after several use. 2.) It's hard to clean the top coil grease especially when you air fry pork belly. 3.) the glass is too hot to hold when you want to turn the chicken. 4.) overall I'm happy because the chicken wings were crispy

I used to have something similar to this many years ago so I thought it would be as good. I have the Ninja grill with the probe and I love it. I thought I would get the Ninja crisp pro for doing bigger things. I have used it about 6 times now and I find it just OK, it is hard to get the dish in and out, it only works if you put it in on a special angle. I like my other Ninja grill because I can just open the lid to stir things about. This takes more work and the risk of being burned is greater. When my other Ninja breaks it looks like I will not be able to replace it because I do not see it on the website anymore. I love the probe. I will continue to use the crisp pro but it does not live up to what I thought I was purchasing.
