I have a 3 cook mode Crispi. Excited to upgrade. This new Pro just feels like an accident waiting to happen. It is not balanced. You really have to thrust the containers into position, but the base isn't heavy enough to stay in place. So with one hand you have to hold the base and then load the container with one hand. It's the same when you try to remove the container… except everything is hot. I had to stop and put on baking mittens to load the container mid way to avoid burning myself. Again, I had to hold the base down. I also noticed that sometimes the Pro didn't register the container was in. I really had to push the container in hard. Just not a great user experience. I do like the light and the controls. It cooked great. I do wish this came in a more neutral palette, dark gray, or stainless steel to match my other appliances. But, that didn't impact my rating.

I bought this a month ago because all we needed from the Ninja Crispi was a bigger container... They RUINED an amazing thing! This has a stand that makes it difficult to slide the dishes into, the shallow pan is USELESS because grease splashes up and creates a TON of smoke in just a few minutes, and they added a bunch of different settings that aren't needed. Why mess with the perfect design you had with the Ninja Crispi where you just sat the top on the dish? Very disappointed, this is NOT worth the money. Go buy a Ninja Crispi. And Ninja please make a 6 quart that works with that because this new thing is trash.

This is the best Air Fryer I've ever owned, the glasses dishes for cooking make clean up a breeze and you can see your food cooking easily. The light inside makes checking the crispness so nice. The many setting and temperature settings helps you cook whatever is on your menu quickly, easy and efficiently. Whether it's for a large family or simply one person the different dishes make cooking enjoyable.

Bought recently and have used twice. My main issue is it being hard to accommodate glass container in place. I noticed the part that clicks in place (underneath the container) already has a mild crack which eventually will fall off and I guess this is not replaceable. What will Ninja do about this? Will I be able to continue using it when it beaks, don't know. I did not use excessive force to put in just think it should be easier.

Jury is still out on this. It's hard to get the basket to slide into the correct spot for the unit to start heating. No where near our old air fryer that you could slam the basket and start cooking. It's weird there is no preheating phase, so when you set a time that goes against the cooking time that you wanted. I really wanted to love this for the glass cooking vessel but we aren't getting great results out of the box. This may take time to adjust how we air fry. Not as easy to use as our old air fryer.

I bought this for two primary reasons. 1) Non toxic - glass and stainless. 2) To roast a whole chicken. I was a little concerned when I bought this that it may be too powerful at 1800 watts but I really have been trying to move everything to non toxic and no plastics so I thought it was worth a shot. The problem is the 5 lb chicken resulted in the breast and leg tips of the chicken to be in direct contact with the heating element. I couldn't imagine how I would get an even roasting with a nice brown crust since the heat would be in direct contact and interfere with the circulation as well. I didn't. It burned terribly and the cooking was uneven. I'm sure it would work well for other air fryer functions but my purpose was to roast a chicken. I like being able to do this on my patio rather than smell up the house and this would have been ideal had the 6 qt been closer to 8 or 10 qts in size. I am going to look for a circulating glass oven that uses heating elements and not infrared. I've used infrared and it burns in spots. That's another reason this oven might have been ideal had it been larger. It has a coil heating unit. (Note: I did start the chicken with backside up and rotated after about 30 minutes. The burn would have been worse if it had stayed on one side- like cooking only the breast side.

Made meatloaf it was awesome. Easy clean up using parchment paper Took less time about 35 baked for 20 took out added catsup put back for 15 min.

Works VERY well, makes incredible food, a few minor issues. Clunky to insert/remove the glass containers and adjust the size lever thing. Doesn't include 4 QT container. Obnoxiously loud beep that can't be switched off. Very easy to clean though.

This works well for two of us. When serving 4, I do wish it was a little larger. Love the clean up - super easy. Love that you can see what's happening via the glass.
