It operates so quietly that I had to verify it was functioning, and indeed it was, performing wonderfully. It appears to be durable enough to withstand alot of repeated use. Moreover, it seems safe, as the bottom does not heat up, and the handles are made of a material that does not get as hot as glass. I am delighted to have this in my home, as it is a unique and useful addition, and I anticipate using it more frequently than my oven.

I love the different cooking options and everything has cooked evenly. I personally wish the trays had removable handles so it would be easier to store leftovers in the fridge. The handles do take up a bit of space. Everything, however, is very easy to clean and I love that it is all dishwasher safe. I've cooked chicken, chicken nuggets, and veggies. I've reheated leftovers. Everything has come out great! So thankful to have had the opportunity to try this product!

The glass is safer than the modern air fryers that use metallic coatings. I also love how much easier it is to clean since it is glass, easy non stick and you can just cover the container with a lid that it comes with and store it for later. I also love that it comes with different sizes for the kind of air fryer you'll be using it for. Very handy! I thoroughly enjoyed my crispy brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes, they came out crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and it didn't cause my whole house to be heated from starting an oven. NINJA air fryer is also very sleek and looks beautiful on the countertop. It's decently small and doesn't take up a ton of counter space. The instructions are simple and easy to follow. I will continue to be using this machine for a long long time. NINJA out did themselves!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have so many Ninja products and I was very excited to try this latest Ninja Crispi Station. I really love the idea of a glass air fryer that can also double as a storage container. This system not only looks sleek and modern on the counter, but did a great job at cooking savory dinner foods. Compared to other non-glass air fryers I've used, I did have to adjust cooking time down so foods didn't burn. It did a good job cooking foods evenly with no hot spots. The controls are easy to use and the machine itself makes minimal noise for an air fryer. It has easy to clean parts and one container stacks on the other for storage. I just feel like this could have been designed better. The glass containers are both hard to put in and take out of the machine. I actually couldn't slide the container on without bracing the machine against something so it didn't get knocked over. I also hated that I had to change the position of the bracing rack depending on the size of container. Speaking of containers, why doesn't it come with all 3 sizes? I couldn't even find where to order the middle size. I also hate that I have to find somewhere to store the containers when not in use. Overall I'm on the fence on whether this is an upgrade from my old air fryer. It has its positives and its negatives.

I bought this air fryer last year, I am regretting that decision. It sets off my smoke alarm EVERY USE. It has. And everything design but it is definitely not better than the old one I had which looked like a small oven. I will be buying that one again and selling this bc I HATE it. It doe a ot make things easier, it has made cooking harder. Perhaps the glass design just isn't a good idea. I even tried lining it with aluminum foil. Still set my smoke alarm off.

Its beautiful on the counter and doesn't take up too much space. It didn't get too hot where the heat comes out. But the glass does. Its versatile with different strutting. And ut cooks so nicely and quickly! I want two!
