In my mid 50's my hair started to thin. My stylist told me about this. I was hesitant because I don't like anything added to my morning coffee but it really doesn't change the flavor or consistency of my morning black coffee. Best part….my hair is thickening up again! Woot woot!

I've been taking this for about a year. Didn't really notice and feel the results for about 6 months. My nails are stronger and my hair has a noticeable difference. I feel less soreness in my joints when I run and I think all in all this product has made a difference in my life. Give it time and don't give up. Seriously my nails were peeling and weak and my hair brittle....and that's not the case anymore. I mix it in my coffee every day and I don't notice the taste.

But the size is too small for the price. Like a bigger size of 20 Oz not 9

I can't open the new package. Time to find something I can actually use.

Love this product but will have to change if you don't make the container easier to open.
