I haven't taken this product long enough to notice any results. My only real complaint is that it clumps into a sticky paste and doesn't dissolve very well into my drink. I'm only using one scoop. Maybe it only dissolves in certain liquids. I will probably experiment a little more.

I bought both the unflavored and vanilla. I tried the vanilla several times before finding the only way I could get it to dissolve was to make my tea really hot and add the powder in small amounts at a time. The only other thing I found wrong was the slimy film it left in my cup afterwards. I did like the taste. I love the unflavored and can tell a big difference in my hair. Given it four stars for the unflavored only. It is expensive if your using everyday several times a day.

After I stopped breastfeeding, all my hair fell out. I couldn't grow hair for the life of me. Someone recommended I take collagen, and after researching brands, Vital Proteins seemed like the best fit. My hair has never been better. It's long and strong, as are my nails. I use two scoops in my coffee every morning religiously.

I initially bought this after a colitis flare made me lose massive amounts of hair last year. Three months in and my hair is as thick as ever, shiny and growing fast, nails are strong and my skin looks great. I would disagree completely with the poster who said this has a scent, I've mixed it with coffee and tea & though it does add a creamy texture that is very slight I have never tasted it. Love this product.

The last batch seems to clump in my hot coffee- I have been using this product for over a year and never had this happen. Also- left an after taste. Hmmmmmm new formula? One of the blue containers has a cow on it and the other is seaweed. Not sure if there is a difference-

I've been taking this product daily in my morning cup of coffee for 18 months. An avid runner, I had been experiencing joint pain in my knees and ankles, so decided to add this product (in addition to some specific strength training) to my routine. Not only is my joint pain completely gone, but I have more energy overall, my skin is soft, my eyes are bright, and my hair is thick! So many added bonus results! I'm 44 and know that I need this product in order to help my body restore it's vital nutrients. I'll never look back. Thank you, Vital Proteins!

For over a year I've been religious about my peptides! Unfortunately my last batch does not dissolve in hot or cold liquids and becomes clumpy and gross; I'm unable to even drink it anymore. Is this a batch issue? If I order another container will it be back to dissolving easily in my daily coffee??

I have been using this product for 6+ months and 2 things that i have noticed have happen is (1) I have a knee that doesn't pain me as much anymore & (2) my hair is not as grey anymore - I'm actually getting patches of dark hair in my grey - 1st noticed it in my beard (I'm a 64yo man) then noticed it happening to the hair on my head

I started putting a scoop of the collagen peptides in my morning coffee and in water at night. It took about 2 weeks until I noticed a big change in my joints. No more discomfort!!! I'm convinced of the benefits associated with collagen peptides. I must say, the product dissolves well in hot or room temperature liquids but does clump in cold beverages. I'm pleased with this product and will continue using it on a daily basis!
