I haven't taken this product long enough to notice any results. My only real complaint is that it clumps into a sticky paste and doesn't dissolve very well into my drink. I'm only using one scoop. Maybe it only dissolves in certain liquids. I will probably experiment a little more.

I've been taking this for about a year. Didn't really notice and feel the results for about 6 months. My nails are stronger and my hair has a noticeable difference. I feel less soreness in my joints when I run and I think all in all this product has made a difference in my life. Give it time and don't give up. Seriously my nails were peeling and weak and my hair brittle....and that's not the case anymore. I mix it in my coffee every day and I don't notice the taste.

Often when I purchase items that advertise that they have no taste it is all a lie they usually have a taste and it's horrible. I put this in my coffee each morning and my coffee still taste like coffee. My nails are stronger and my hair is growing. Love this product

I initially bought this after a colitis flare made me lose massive amounts of hair last year. Three months in and my hair is as thick as ever, shiny and growing fast, nails are strong and my skin looks great. I would disagree completely with the poster who said this has a scent, I've mixed it with coffee and tea & though it does add a creamy texture that is very slight I have never tasted it. Love this product.

The last batch seems to clump in my hot coffee- I have been using this product for over a year and never had this happen. Also- left an after taste. Hmmmmmm new formula? One of the blue containers has a cow on it and the other is seaweed. Not sure if there is a difference-

After drinking VP Collagen Peptides every morning for the past few weeks, I have become an official subscriber every 3 weeks. I mix it with my cold brew coffee every morning. I fill a Mason Jar about 1/2 full with the cold brew, add 2 scoops of VP collagen peptides, mix well (using either a hand frother or immersion blender), then top it off with some Oat Milk.... Delicious! Sometimes I use Vanilla Oat Milk, occasionally I'll use Almond Milk either plain or vanilla. Either way, the powder dissolves quickly, is easy to digest, makes me feel full and I am noticing some more benefits too... a little less joint pain, and my 51 year old skin looks really great! I will update review with more specific attributes after another month or so. Definitely recommend trying Vital Proteins!

I get the collagen peptides shipped to me monthly (love that there is a subscription service!) and have been putting one scoop in my coffee every morning for the last 6-7 months and I am seriously so impressed!! I am actually seeing results in my skin firmness and elasticity, and my cellulite has dramatically decreased. I've also been doing a health and fitness program for the last 4 months where I track macronutrients, get in daily steps and work out 4-6 days per week, and the collagen peptides have been the perfect supplement for this healthy lifestyle. Okay so this kind of ended up being a beautiful coincidence... I was actually looking for just a regular protein powder when I stumbled on to this... I figured 18g protein per serving plus the benefits of collagen & positive reviews, I'd try it out... It's a winner! I suffer from joint pain (particularly in my hands during winter) and that is the biggest change I have seen since starting to use this product. I can honestly say in the ~6 months since starting to take this daily, my hands have noticeably improved. Gosh, they've bothered me maybe 3 times... compared to daily pain before starting this miracle product. Also, it dissolves almost instantly and has an extremely mild flavor (can only taste it a little when I put it in plain tea). Usually every morning I will put 2 scoops in hot or cold coffee and I can't tell it is even there, except for the fact my hands continue to not hurt! Plus it is nice to have a boost of protein in the AM. If you are on the fence to try this product, take a leap of faith! I'm sure glad I did. P.S. It also dissolves beautifully into smoothies! The Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides with Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin C is very easy to take. Great way to get more protein in my diet. I have been taking it for a little over a month and very pleased with the results on hair, nails and some changes in my skin already.
