This really works! I started using this last year and actually bought it from a different store online. Good thing is that vital proteins have a monthly subscription which takes my worries away. Let's go straight to the results: I noticed that my nails grows fast and that it's very thick and strong. I influenced my boyfie to use it too, and he's so grateful that his joint pains are gone. We both love this, it makes our hair and skin, soft and stronger. This will be included to our dauly routine :)

I have had a bad knee for about 5 years. Sports really took a toll on it. Since day 1 of taking this stuff I have had zero pain!! I still can't believe it! My knee usually hurts even more during winter months. The temps have dropped and I am still without any pain!! I'm so grateful that I found this stuff! I am reviewing the Collagen Creamer. I bought it because I really do enjoy the regular collegen proteins, and thought it could replace my creamer. Big mistake. It tastes awful. It is not vanilla more coconut with a bitter taste. Does not dissolve well either like the regular one does. I am using it still only because it was kind of expensive compared to the regular one. Rating with 4 stars not for the creamer but for the regular collegen.

I have been using this product for more than a year now. I noticed the most difference with my hair. It is thicker, stronger, and has less breakage. Secondly I have noticed a difference in my joints. I have been a paralegal for over 20 years. I have a lot of pain in my wrist and fingers. After about 6 months, I noticed a reduced level of pain. I started with the ground collagen adding to my coffee in the morning but now takes the pill form for convenience.

I was really excited to try this based on the reviews, but when I tried to add it to cold water it wouldn't dissolve even with vigorous shaking. It clumped together and it tasted awful - so much for being unflavored. I'm sure it can dissolve in hot liquids and blended into smoothies to the point where you don't notice it, but I prefer water. So disappointed.

I bought this a few weeks ago...i dont look 10 years younger yet, but I'll give it some more time. However, I participate in a lot of high-impact sports and my joint aches and squeakiness (yes, I had squeaky joints) had improved dramatically. To be honest, I didn't expect that. I mix it in my coffee every morning and I don't even notice it. Seriously! I expected a certain amount of grittiness, chunks, or off flavor, but it's as if I added nothing. Crazy.
