I've only been using this for a month so I cant say if I've seen a difference. I'm 25 with PCOS so I have acne, hair loss and just bad skin overall. Recently my face has been so dry after trying retinol so I wanted a supplement to help me recover. I honestly haven't seen a difference and I use it every morning with my tea or coffee. This powder also doesn't mix well at ALL with cold beverages which is disappointing. It does have no taste so idk I will continue to try and take it to see a difference.

I've been using collagen peptides for a few months now. I like that it mixes well with my morning coffee. Dissolve well with warm/hot coffee. I try mixing with chilled orange juice and that doesn't go well. It clumps up and doesn't dissolve. I haven't noticed improvement in overall wellness or skin, hair or nail.

It doesn't have a flavor so you can enjoy it how you want to! The amazing things it has done for my hair and nails is worth it in itself, and the added benefits are awesome. I love this stuff!

I think I notice some difference with my skin and hair. But I noticed more effect on my digestion which I love. I don't however like the taste. I need to mix it with something that has flavour in order to be able to stand it. It's flavourless but has a really bad taste. I wouldn't buy this again I would prefer to buy the one with the flavour next.

Adding 1 scoop a day to my coffee for a month straight and my hair is so much thicker. My hairdresser even noticed the change in my hair and asked what I had been doing. First i thought like drink other collagen product but i bought this Vital collagen peptides and after drink for few weeks i feel my skin different feel more softer that my review for one month use this product. Very recommended and if u wanna know u try and u know it.
