After I stopped breastfeeding, all my hair fell out. I couldn't grow hair for the life of me. Someone recommended I take collagen, and after researching brands, Vital Proteins seemed like the best fit. My hair has never been better. It's long and strong, as are my nails. I use two scoops in my coffee every morning religiously.

I just bought this product for the 1st time as recommended by a friend. When I opened the seal I saw that the container was half empty! It was so shocking to me considering the amount I paid for it. Such a shame! My 2 star rating is for this reason only. I haven't tried the product long enough to see the results. Will submit another review after a month or two.

Kept seeing this product around in the beauty world and decided to give it a go, So far I've been using this product consistently for about 3 months (the first month in which I used the method of collagen loading) I can say with great confidence that the OG peptides have since become a staple in my daily routine! Not only have a had great change in the texture/smoothness of my skin my "laugh Lines" are noticeably fading. The my hair has become a lot thicker it now takes me a little longer to detangle it but I love it! I've always been self conscious when it came to wearing my hair up because the hair around my ear was very thin and now i can pull up my hair without thinking twice about it. Aside from the beauty benefits my body as also benefited greatly. I am a distance runner and I've noticed that I haven't gotten nearly as many "runners injuries' as before. The product does contain a bit of sodium and in the beginning of taking the collagen I did notice I would bloat a little but after I started increasing my water intake the issue was easily solved.

I have been using this as directed for over 3 months and don't notice much difference in hair, skin nails or joint discomfort. I'll give it another couple months and then I will cancel. I mix it in my coffee every morning, don't notice any taste so that's a plus. Mixes well in hot liquid..

I've been using Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for going on 2 years now. I put 2 scoops in my coffee every morning. I like that it has so many beneficial ingredients in it and when I use it I feel like I am doing something good for my body, especially now that I am in my 30s. Since I started using it I noticed an improvement in my skin and my recovery time after exercising. Also I am currently 6 months pregnant, and have continued to use the Collagen Peptides during my pregnancy after having my doctor's approval. He said it would probably help with constipation during pregnancy, which can be a problem for a lot of women, but I have not had any problems with so far. I will continue to take Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides as long as they keep making it and I recommend it to friends and family if I think it would benefit them as well :)

Often when I purchase items that advertise that they have no taste it is all a lie they usually have a taste and it's horrible. I put this in my coffee each morning and my coffee still taste like coffee. My nails are stronger and my hair is growing. Love this product

I've only been using this for a month so I cant say if I've seen a difference. I'm 25 with PCOS so I have acne, hair loss and just bad skin overall. Recently my face has been so dry after trying retinol so I wanted a supplement to help me recover. I honestly haven't seen a difference and I use it every morning with my tea or coffee. This powder also doesn't mix well at ALL with cold beverages which is disappointing. It does have no taste so idk I will continue to try and take it to see a difference.

I think I notice some difference with my skin and hair. But I noticed more effect on my digestion which I love. I don't however like the taste. I need to mix it with something that has flavour in order to be able to stand it. It's flavourless but has a really bad taste. I wouldn't buy this again I would prefer to buy the one with the flavour next.

I've been using this product for a short period of time. I am already seeing a major improvement in my hair, skin and nails. Seeing is believing. I am so glad I decided to try Collagen Peptides. I will continue using it and highly recommend this product.

The last batch seems to clump in my hot coffee- I have been using this product for over a year and never had this happen. Also- left an after taste. Hmmmmmm new formula? One of the blue containers has a cow on it and the other is seaweed. Not sure if there is a difference-
