I have been using VP Collagen Peptides daily for the past 3 years and I cannot imagine starting my day without adding peptides to my morning tea. My nails used to break and split and are now strong as steel and grow like weeds. My hair was thinning as I'm aging but not feels thicker and stronger than ever. My joints feel so much better too! I have recently started taking collagen due to hair shedding and for better skin appearance.. so far, my hair seems shinier and what has really improved are my nails.. they are hard as rocks, with no white little white stains and growing super fast.. My mother and sister are taking it with me and they both suffer from rheumatoid related joint pains and their pains have lowered considerably, so I think it's not a bad idea to take it as an overall health supplement. I do not love the fact that it still tastes like collagen, but I understand most collagens are not particularly super tasty.. I will definitely keep taking it since it boosts Vitamin C and Hyaluronic acid intake, which I am also after..

Too soon to see changes as I'm only halfway through my first jar. Time will tell. Does not mix well in cold liquid but easily dissolved in hot water. I mix it in my hot coffee and I can't even tell it's there and I'm one who is super picky about my coffee.

Nice collagen, make sure you mix well in hot water. I use it in my teas. I haven't used it daily and still noticed thicker longer hair and joints feel better. Jar is tightly sealed and difficult to initial opening which is a good thing for people who can tear off the plastic but not so much for arthritic fingers.

The headline for this product says it contains Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin C, which is why I purchased it, but I can't find either on the label/ ingredient list? Can someone clarify? I like how easily they dissolve, but it's too soon to say if they've made a different in my skin. Thank you!
